So, I have finally made the decision to loose weight. When I was on my honeymoon, I felt sooo self- conscious in my bathing suit to the point where I honestly didnt want to go to the pool unless I have my coverup on.
I have been looking at different diets (I really do hate ethat word
) and have decided that the one by Dr. Pierre Dukan was the most reasonable and healthy. It is something you can do for the rest of your life. Currently today is my first full day of the Attack Phase. I have been to the store and I'm sure everyone thought I had bought every single type of meat in the meat department. I think I'll do about 5-7 days on the Attack Phase before you start alternating the pure protein with protein and veggie days.
DH is really understanding and kind, but I hate the way I'm looking right now, and I want a change.
Anyways, are any of you on it? How do you like it? I have the book, and its very easy to follow, I just hope I can do the no carbs and sugar thing. Those are my major pitfalls.
