I did not know that. I don't keep up with the Duggars. I assumed that it was a private family affair. I really hope that People and other media outlets are not paying for this story, and that the Duggars are not using this for profit. They've released statements to, I believe, People, to the general media, so... yeah, I don't get the sense being bothered by a celebrity rag is the problem, maybe just by one that's not paying them.
I looked at the pictures of the feet on TMZ and felt sad, how tiny the feet and hands were.
But as I continued to go through the pictures, what really disturbed me was the family picture at the service and everyone smiling. They used this as a photo op for the whole family?

I think everyone grieves differently and it is wrong to tell a person how to do it. Also, maybe they did it to remind people that this was a child, some don't think so until a certain month, and that it should be treated as such and not a "clump of cells" waiting to become a child.
Family members that attended the service tweeted pictures of the memorial pictures, which was then published by a Duggar fan site, which was then picked up by TMZ.

We lost my niece at age 2 1/2 and trust me, no one was smiling or looking for a photo op.
