Thanks to all of you for your suggestions - it took a bit longer because it turned out too small. DD is thrilled with it. The ribbon is from Etsy, it has mini Duffys on it.

Sooo cute. Where did you find the embroidery?

Thanks! Actually, the Duffys are not embroidered, I printed them out on printer fabric, cut them out, ironed them on with fusible interfacing and then sewed around them with the zig-zag stitch about 5x.
