Dues, when will they start my auto debit?

I sent a voided check DVC needed to set up my dues auto payment with my signed paperwork today. When will they start deducting that from my checking account?

I'm pretty sure they start a month after you close. Check copy of your paperwork. It should say when.

They will deduct it when your first payment is due. Check your contract, the date will be on it. They will also send you a letter letting you know that they are going to do this and also let you know what your pro rated maintenance and taxes will be.

I sent a check off back in the middle of February. I got the Annual Dues statement last week. The first payment will be taken out on April 15th.

I would guess your first payment will be May 15th.

They calculated I owed for 329 days. That would mean they decided I owed from the moment I made the downpayment not from when I signed and returned the documents. I guess since I was able to make reservations from that point that is only fair.
