Dues Question

I began paying for SSR in June. The dues are supposed to be included in my payment. I don't think they are. My use year doesn"t start until Nov. I have not received a bill about my dues. Any ideas? I guess I should call My guide?
 
Our use year starts in March. Our guide said that they would be pro-rated. I do know that the dues are not included in your payment. You had the option when signing the contract if you wanted to pay a year at a time or monthly, which is a different authorized automated withdrawl. I don't know when you dues were to start but I would have thought by now since you're already paying on your DVC.
 
As the poster above said, the dues payment is not included with the loan payment. My first loan payment would have been due June 1 had I not paid it in full before then. My first dues payment did not come out of my account until July 1st. I received a letter probably a month in advance telling me what my prorated amount each month for 2004 would be. It also stated that a prenote would be sent to my account and when I could expect to see my first payment taken out.

Awhile later I received the same letter about my add-on (which I did in late April/early May). But now that I think about it, I don't think that amount has been taken from my account yet. I need to check on it.
 
I'm really confused. we signed off to have our dues taken out as a payment. So far each of the 3 months have been for a different amount. I'll need to pull out all of my paperwork tonight and look at it. Is there a different bill for your dues as I am rethinking the monthly payments. We initially bought 150 pts in Oct then an additional 50 in Feb. Any help?
 

The best thing to do would be to call Member Accounting. Use the same 800 number that you have for MS and listen for the Member Accounting option on the voice menu The CMs there are very nice and will have all the detailed info you need tohelp you figure out what is happening with your loan & dues withdrawals.

I did the same thing, but it was explained to me that it would be a separate payment.

It's possible the different amounts have to do with the add-on. I agree with the above poster that the best think you can do is call Member accounting.
