Dues Page error

As of today, my Annual Dues page is also working! So if you still have this problem, definitely recommend calling Member Accounting and getting them to open a ticket to have your contracts fixed.
 
I noticed a change that went along with their "fix" when paying with a gift card. Like others, I pay my dues by gift card prior to 15th to avoid the bank withdrawal. Anyway, I made a payment today and it reduced my overall balance and the balance for that specific contract, but it didn't affect the upcoming 9/15 scheduled withdrawal. I'm guessing at this point it must have affected it on the "back end" instead so I probably won't get a withdrawal in December now. Hoping it's just a glitch because this is not a very welcome change if it isn't!

Please let us know whether they withdraw the monthly payment on the 15th or not. We too count on being able to skip a payment (or several) by paying down with GCs.

Try logging back in again and looking at it now. I've had the happen before. Refreshing the page or going somewhere else on the website and then returning to that page always fixed it. For what it's worth when it finally started working again a couple of days ago I paid with a gift card and it moved my next scheduled payment forward a month per usual.

I tried that before posting. And I just logged in again and it's unfortunately still the same, showing the full amount scheduled for bank withdrawal 9/15. I'm going to call member accounting tomorrow and see what's going on. I'll report back once I do.

As an update, I just talked to member accounting. She said that they recently updated their systems to match their loan systems (a back-end thing that we as members can't see). Anyway, she couldn't comment on what I'm seeing but guessed it must be a presentation error that was part of the update. She was able to view the dues amortization schedule (which we which as members also cannot see) and confirmed that my pre-payment reduced my upcoming withdrawal accordingly, so all is well thankfully.
