Dues Page error

Just double checking with everyone else before I call Member Services. Last few days I've been trying to log into the Dues section of the page and I keep getting the 7 Dwarfs. I just want to verify it isn't just me. I've been getting this error since the site upgrade/MS were out on training.

I have a new VGF contract and I just want to setup auto pay lol. It shouldn't be this hard to give Disney money.

It must not be an issue for everyone, I was just on the dues page, no problem getting there. The dues information for my new VGF contract is not populated yet, still awaiting closing documents.
 

I just tried to get to the dues page. I got a pop up with several disclaimers, but once I closed it, I got the dwarves. My dues are paid in full, but I can usually go to the dues page to see that.
 
I checked a couple of times since I saw this post and I only get the Dwarfs. Hope they fix it soon, as I like to pay with gift cards every month before they withdraw it from my checking account. Fortunately I already paid for this month, but they need to fix this. I often have issues with the dues page loading, but refreshing a few times normally works. That's not working now, though.
 
I just did the online chat with MS and the agent said they were aware of the issue and were working on it. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
 
I'm really not surprised but you'd think the part that actually accepts money would work. lol I can understand not being able to book going down but not the money part lol.
 
This is getting so old. I've been trying to log on to pay dues for a week now and keep getting the dwarves. I guess I'll have to call in my payment. Why does this have to be so difficult?
 
So, you mean to tell me that they did a system update a week or two ago and it is causing issues? Not with DVC IT. Never.

For the record I'm not getting the error....
What browser do you use? I've tried google chrome, microsoft edge, safari and also tried on my phone. I get dwarves on all of them.

Chrome, but we are paid in full for the year (we pay annually, not monthly).
 
I'm trying to pay my dues using a gift card before 9/1/23 and getting the Seven Dwarves. I hope they fix this soon! I also have to pay my entire GFV dues by 9/15/23 (new purchase).

Glad its not just me though - but this has been going on for quite a few days. Don't they want our money? :)

This is just ridiculous at this point. We've been unable to access the dues page for over a week now. Not cool, DVC. Not cool >:( .
 
So, I just tried the online chat again this AM. This time they told me they were not aware of any issues and wanted me to try accessing it using incognito mode. Of course, it didn't work. I've tried Chrome and Safari and nothing works. They said they would open a ticket.

Funny, how a few days ago I was told via chat that they were aware of the problem and it was already being worked on. :sad2:.
 
I kept trying and I finally got the dues page to come up - but it only showed the dues for 1 of my 2 memberships (it showed both contracts but the one I wanted to pay before 9/1 said no information available).

I tried chatting and couldn't get a person in Member Accounting, tried Member Services and the CM said they have no insight into Annual Dues and I had to call.

When I did speak to Member Accounting, they said it was a known problem but that it was specific for loading contract data and it could be an issue contract by contract (which is why it works for some and not others). They told me they would open a ticket to try to fix my contracts and were hopeful things would be fixed in the next 2 weeks for me.
