Today I was unable to use the new Target 20% promo for Disney gift cards. But that's ok, I bought DS's Legos, stocking stuffers and a few decorations. Hard to believe people are actually calling Target corporate over the Disney card exclusion!

I had success yesterday with 20% , but not an additional 5%.


It appears each store maganers are making decisions, on the spot, and maybe should be denying these..
There are a # of reports on a Disney FB page I read of sucess, and a few on the budget board too.

I was able to save 1K on 5K worth of cards.

Yeah. I think some people are overreacting just a wee-bit. And the thing that some people don't seem to understand it, we are lucky to get the 5% off and even luckier to be able to stack the pharmacy rewards! That's a 9.75% discount that we are all VERY lucky to get and we REALLY should NOT push our luck by drawing so much attention to ourselves.

Yes the 20% off would have been nice but people really shouldn't be getting so upset over it. Just hope for the "Spend $50 get $10" deal next year That will be over a 16% discount without including any other discount!

I went this morning and was denied. I bought the cards anyways. Plan to use them for our next trip in March. Plus I figured better to still get the 5% off. What if they discontinue allowing that next......
