This may be completely ridiculous info, but you can actually get a nice neon green tape. It's called Spike tape and it's used to mark where furniture is placed on the stage during a play. (it's about 1/2 inch wide) It would take a lot to make an outfit but it could happen. I think you every member of the duct tape patrol should get some and use it all the time. I think it would look lovely on some wrapped packages.
