DU Question

If you reserve your cruise with Dreams Unlimited, can you:

(1) Check your reservation anywhere on the Dreams Unlimited website?

(2) Call DCL directly about your reservation?

1. Yes, you can check your reservation on DU's website. I do that at least once a week. I like to dream about my vacation regularly and make sure no surprises pop up.

2. I'm not sure about calling DCL directly. I imagine in certain instance you sure could. But as a general rule I'm sure they'd prefer you call the TA.

I must be an idiot then, because I can't find the location on their website to check my reservation. Can you direct me?

If you click on the Dreams Unlimited link on the main page, you'll be taken to their homepage. Go to misc. and click on client services. You'll need to enter your reserv. ID # and password to view your ressie.

Go to http://www.dreamsunlimitedtravel.com/

Do you see the boxes — H, C, and R — at the top left? Click on "C" which brings up Client Services.

Then enter your reservation number and the password that you set up when you booked your cruise.

Once you book with a travel agent, you cannot deal with DCL directly. This is true of any agency. But don't worry...DU is very prompt at responding.
