I filled out the online form for a quote on Monday. I have yet to hear anything back. Does it usually take this many days? I thought the form said within two days. Should I resubmit? Anyone have any experience with this?

Did you get an e-mail notification that they received your request?

Usually their practice is to send out that notification within a short period of time after they receive it and then a day or two later, you'll get your quote. In the three times I have used them, this has never varied.

If you didn't get this first notification, I would guess that there is something wrong with your e-mail address submission and to check that if you can, or re-submit with a note that you tried once on Monday.

Michelle will probably be checking in soon with an official answer:D

Michelle has an appointment now so I will pinch hit for her!! :)

That is highly unusual as our maximum turnaround time under normal circumstances is 48 hours. Please send me your name and/or reservation number and I will do this myself.

We have been swamped with requests this week and I know it has taken a little longer than usual, but this is not the norm.

I look forward to hearing from you.
Cathy

Cathy,

I actually filled out two separate forms, one for me and one for my mother. We will be traveling together but needed different catagory staterooms. Should I PM you with the names? I didn't get any sort of confirmation that my request had been received.

Thanks,
Diana

Diana,
Yes please PM me with your names.
Thanks!
Cathy
