Two other families and mine presently have 3 Cat. 4 rooms (May 5th sailing) on hold until Sat. with DCL; we have 3 GTY rooms. I was planning on having DU take over the reservations, so that we could take advantage of their rebate and shipboard credit. One of the other Moms thinks we should use a local TA in case something needs attention, we would have someone to call re: rooms. I did read once about someone being unable to contact DU from WDW re: their hotel reservation. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this one? I was dealing with Carole at DU and have been very pleased with her service. However, I don't want to get to the terminal, have an unforeseen problem and have no one to call. Would it be better to keep it with DCL and forget the incentives?

Any thoughts are appreciated!

I used dreams unlimited for my Jan 26 Magic Cruise and was very pleased.

I cannot imagine any problem you would have. You will receive your stateroom assignments when you get your documents, which is at least several weeks before you cruise.

I would go with DU!!!!!

Hi DisneyPoly! Clients of Dreams always can always call the office in the very unlikely event something should go wrong while at the port. As ktharris said, you would get your trip documents long before you sail and you would have access to your agent prior to your trip to handle any questions or concerns you might have. :)
