DU phone number??

I have a current reservation with DU but I gave them my work email address. I have tried emailing my agent twice with no response. Given my track record with my agent, I am pretty confident that my work may be blocking the return emails. How can I contact someone about changing my reservation?

They have a phone number, but it's really useless. It's only for general information. When you call that number, they can't change your reservation for you.

My advice is to use a hotmail, or yahoo (or some other free) personal account and E-Mail your agent that way.

If you still want to try their phone number, click on client services, sign in, and click on the review reservation button. At the bottom is their number.
