DU or disneyworld.com

Awaiting a quote from DU now but assuming that all prices are equal to the DisneyWorld website, which would you book through and why?
I know that DU will make your ADR's but with so many things up in the air on my schedule, I think I will just be doing it myself so I can alter my schedules as needed.
Any other particular reason to go thru either one?

Your quote from DU will be the same as the wdw site.

DU will watch for codes for you.

Personally, I use DU because I don't like making all of the phone calls.

My TA has made changes to our reservation, gotten all of our ADRs, ordered tickets for LaNouba, MNSSHP, etc., and applied discount codes.
