DU Not Responding ???

We emailed our final payment to DU yesterday which was the deadline for payment. I have not received a confirmation email and I'm panicing. Does anyone have a telephone number for them? I feel helpless just relying on email when I'm getting no response.
 
What a novel idea!!! Amazing what panic does to the brain... Their website did in fact indicate we had NOT paid yet, but there was a phone number I could call and I spoke with Donna who is looking into the matter. She reassured me that I would not lose the cruise over this (whew!). Thanks!
 
This didn't happen with DU, but another travel agency. My final payment to DCL was due in August, and about 10 days prior I had authorized my TA to make payment. Payment wasn't applied to my card by the due date by DCL, so I called my TA. They informed me that they have greater leway in posting final payments to DCL reservations since they book many for each cruise. That as long as payment was received within 50 days (before the 75 day rule was in effect) that we'd be fine. Of course they were right, but this year I'm going to insist they apply payment as soon as I call. I want to book the Anguilla Dolphin excursion, and that one does fill up quickly. So, I want my payment posted at that 75 day mark so I can make my excursion ressies!
 

Donna at DU essentially gave me the same information re leeway on final payment. Since there is money on the cruise (the deposit) there is a grace period for them with DCL. We're not planning to book any excursions, so thankfully that wasn't a concern.
