DTD resort questions

Hi all, Trying to clarify something....I know that staying i one of Disney;s official resorts, including Swan and Dolphin your considered " in the park" for the purposes of staying in the parks like EPCOT and MK/AK late.
But if I stay in one of the other hotels I found at Mousesavers, Is that ALSO cosidered as "being in the park"? ones such as Royal Plaza , Best Western Lake BuenaVists Hilton in WDW , or Doubletree

The only DTD hotel that is included in the Extra Magic Hours is the Hilton. Outside of the Disney hotels, only the Hilton Resort, the Swan and Dolphin and Shades of Green get to use the Extra Magic Hours.
