DTD Marriot $20.04 rate????

Do you think they will offer a $20.04 this fall...I just want it for arrival night and then we will switch to WL...we did this last fall with the $20.03 and for $20 bucks you cant beat it, plus it was a nice clean room and DH loved the free beer hour LOL.

In September of 2002, we got a $25 rate per night, but that was only on weeknights. Friday and Saturday, we paid $89/night.

I think they usually run some kind of special deal. Currently I think they've got $59/night.

The $20.03 rate came out in May. Folks here on the disboards were among the first to know. The reservation people at the Courtyard were surprised I had heard of it!

The Courtyard on Hotel Plaza Blvd. will be changing to a Holiday Inn effective Jan. 31, 2004.

I was a little disapointed when I learned about change in owners. I stayed at DTD Courtyard several times a year, probably will move to World Center again for frequent trips.

I tried finding the $20/night rate and can't - anyone have suggestions?

The only way to get that rate is to call the hotel directly during normal business hours. That said, I am pretty sure it is no longer offered and who knows what will happen now that this is a Holiday Inn.
