DTD hours on grad nights

On grad nights, DL close at 9pm. Does Downtown Disney close at the same hour ? (shops, restaurants ...)

Oh good question! I'd be curious to know too. We'll be doing Universal on the day it's a Grad night. But since they close at 6pm we'll be back kinda early. I'm guessing they won't be open though!
