DTD food for airplane ride home

Any suggestions on grabbing food for return flight home? Something that travels well that we can just pick-up? We're staying at GCH, so from DTD or from the hotels would be good options. We're not planning on entering the parks on our last day, but we are planning to do Goofy's Kitchen for breakfast. Our flight isn't till late afternoon, and we're using the Disneyland Resort Express to get back to LAX. Because we have a lap infant, we like to have food with us, in case we're not able to partake of the onboard meal service when it comes around. Gotta love Hawaiian Air for continuing to serve free food!

We have grabbed sandwiches at La Brea Bakery in DTD for our (car) trip home - yummy and very large, so could split to save money, too.

There's wetzels pretzels if you wanted more of a snack item. We get those for the car ride home sometimes. Also, maybe something from Whitewater Snacks.
