If you aren't intrested in gourmet, (although the pp suggestion is an outstanding choice)then I have two suggestions for DTD.
If you want a light meal and think sandwiches are all your intrested in then you
have to try Earl of Sandwiches,
very tasty!
If your wanting a beer, or some really yummy fried food, then Cooke's of Dublin in your place!

Good fish and chips here.
If your looking for a sit down really fun Resturant for kids,(sorry not CS) or even yourself

then I recommend T-REX. Really cool atmosphere!!!
Best place to see where
ALL counter and sit down resturants are is AllEarsNet.com this place tells you what others think about it and I think somewhere's there are descriptions about each place.

I usually only look at Reviews, (which is where you want to go to find out more about what others think of the place) look at the reviews with a grain of salt, if it averages lower than a seven beware, anything over a 7 means it's subjectable to taste (in my opinion).
AllEarsNet.com is without a doubt your ticket to knowing every resturant and quick service places there is all over WDW! Honestly if you can afford the upgrade to regular dining that offers you one TS and CS a day I would do it, it's so worth having the sit down experiences, there are some really amazing sit down resturants and buffets all WDW that you shouldn't miss.
But also some really amazing CS places too! It's a win, win!
Have a magical time!
