DTD construction noise affecting Congress Park area of SSR?

My family will be staying in a 1 bedroom villa at SSR the first week in February.

We are debating about which building to request for our trip.

The proximity of Congress Park to DTD is very appealing to us in terms of the view and convenience it offers.

However, I'm concerned about the DTD construction and whether it will be heard over at Congress Park or if it will affect the view.

Has anyone been to this area of SSR recently who can speak to this?

Also, do the buses from SSR go directly to the MK entrance or just to the TTC?

The buses from all Disney Resorts go to the bus stop in front of the MK. Only buses from off-site hotels go to the TTC.

We were in Congress Park in Dec. We didn't hear a thing.

Also at SSR now right across the street from Congress Park bus stop and don't hear anything. It's very convenient to DTD.

We love Congress Park. We stayed there in December and did not notice any construction noise at all. Also, the bridge is now open to DTD, which makes the walk over there very pleasant. I don't think you can go wrong with Congress Park.
