DTD Bakery Name? Can anyone tell me?

Anyone know the name of the bakery on the corner in DTD the one just before what I like to call “check point Charlie” the yellow tent covers where they do the security check.

Thank you very much. It was driving me nuts. My childs school has scrip for a lot of places and I was wondering if that bakery was one of them. I will be asking on Monday. I know the have the Rainforest Cafe scrip, so I will be getting some of that for our next trip. Have a great day!
