DTD advice please :)

My family and I are going down for a quick water park trip July 23rd-26th. We have never really spent a lot of time in DTD. Last trip we parked at the Lego store and never really made it past Once Upon a Toy. This time we have a reservation at T-Rex and then plan to walk around and shop. We will have two toddlers, ages 2 and 3, and I'm not sure if we should bring the double stroller or not. Are the shops big enough or will it be a nuisance? We have enough people in our group to help out if they walk or want to be carried. Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks.

In some of the shops, between other people and slightly narrower aisles, it might be difficult with a double stroller. Do you have any umbrella strollers? You can buy stroller connectors so you could connect the two umbrella strollers to be like one double stroller. This way you are covered in both situations.

The weather tends to be still very hot in July and I personally would go light on what you wear and carry. Sure the kids would probably feel the same as the stroller can give them shade as well as a place to nap if they get tired. The stroller is also great for loading up bags and such if the kids decide to walk rather than sit.

There (might still be?) fountains they may want to play in, spa change of dry clothes can be a good idea.

I don't think you can park anywhere close to TRex/Lego store (parking is now closer to Cirque) unless you are taking a bus from a Disney resort. (Those still drop you off near shopping)

As the designated kid watcher at DTD, I can't imagine no stroller.

We have twins & it never seemed to be a problem....We didn't bring the jogger, but rather the Combi side by side, which was a life savor for sure...So light n easy to fold up into nothing. Like others have stated, I'd bring it, for the mere fact of carrying other things as well...Besides they're bound to get tired at some point, Right?

Have never seen bread pudding there? Irish go Yorkshire. At least we do. =) ETA: I see it now, Bread & Butter Pudding. Never had it. Likely never will.

No advice on the stroller, but I did want to chime in that Raglan Road is one of our favorite restaurants at WDW!

The narrow aisles are what I'm worried about. We have a big side by side. This is worth looking into. Thanks

I hope we will manage with the heat. We are from southeast Alabama, so we are use to the hot and humid summers . They are nice to have for storage. I love my "mommy hook" that I can load with bags.

Good to know about the fountains. They would love that. I know what you mean about the stroller. I can not relax when they are out!
We are staying off site at Lake Buena Vista Resort. Found a 3 bed/3 bath for less than $220 a night. Traveling with a group of 10, staying on site isn't worth the cost to me. I have been worried about the parking changes. It was so easy when we went Nov 2014. I guess I will have to do more research about where to park for out TRex reservations.

I will keep this in mind for our next trip. Sounds great! With a short trip and 3 boys in our group, TRex it is!

We have a double side by side jogger and it is definitely a life savor! Sounds like it will be making the trip with us again.

Wow this is rather exciting to think about. Possibly having 2 sets of bread pudding in the same vacation.
