My family and I stayed at the DSNY3 from the day after Christmas to the day after New Years and it was absolutely beautiful. It is a six-bedroom house with a pool and hot tub. The house was very clean and equipped with everything that you can think of.

There is one bedroom located downstairs and five upstairs. The one downstairs (I think) has a queen size bed and there is a full bath nearby.
There are two bedrooms upstairs that each have a king size bed - one has a full bath and the other has a huge bathroom with double vanity, closet, etc. There is also another full bath located upstairs for the other three rooms.

The other three bedrooms are themed - there is a firefighter room, western room and a princess room. They were all decorated very nicely. I especially liked the princess room because we had our 3 yr old granddaughter with us, but my son is a firefighter and he thought that room was great. The princess room was gorgeous! It had a castle bunk bed, princess dresses on the walls, a princess tv, princess table, a doll house, a toy box full of princess dresses and dolls.

There is also a game room that has tons of toys, from books, videos, cars, dolls, baby toys, blocks, games, puzzles, etc.

They do have a website - just go to DSNY.com and take a look. I'll be happy to answer any questions that you might have.

Hi, my family and i will be staying here in July for two weeks. I am so glad to hear your review, as there are no guestbook on their site, and i was unable to get a review anywhere else. How was the quality of the furniture everything looks nice but i am wondering if it won't be too much themeing for my husband. I have paid the deposit already but am wavering a little, do you think it will be okay. Also how close to the clubhouse is the home located. Thanks for your help i am so nervous about this, my kids love the photos though.

I don't think that there is too much "themeing" in the house. The only themed rooms are the three smaller rooms, which are upstairs. The rooms are tastefully decorated - not tacky at all. The kids will love them!
The other two bedrooms are not themed at all, but again, very nicely decorated.

We didn't get to go to the clubhouse, but it is about 5-10 minute walk away from the house.

Hope this helps.

Thank you for the response, i am sure we will love it, was just a little uncertain. I need to stop looking at all the other lovely homes, as i have already paid a deposit LOL. Another question, i notice a wall in the back of the home, by the pool area on the website, is it still there or was it temporary? It would make for more privacy while by the pool.

Are you sure you have the website correct? I tried it and its for Destiny Media Technologies.

Those homes were expensive!! We looked at those but went with Floridashaven - exact same style of house in Windsor Hills but we are getting it for $2400 for 2 weeks with pool heat and Barbecue!! Much less theming I'll admit but still looks clean and backs on to greenspace.

I am curious if the clubhouse has internet. The home doesn't and I would like to have highspeed somewhere even if I have to pay for it!

The clubhouse doesn't have internet, no. There's an internet cafe on US-192 by the Giordano's / Winn-Dixie grocery store.

You do get what you pay for! I tell people this all the time...the higher end homes cost more, since they have higher end furniture, decorating, electronics, amenities like internet, etc. Better mattresses, linens, themeing, etc, all cost a lot of $$ to put into your house, and you have to charge for it, believe it or not, most of these homes run at a loss!
