DS10 needs info re Rock 'n' Roller Coaster

Last (and only) time we were in WDW was 3 yrs ago when kids were 3, 5, 7. Did not go on any thrill rides. DS7's favorite thing was the Stunt Show. We're planning another trip 11/27 this year, but the kids don't know yet. We saw a commercial for Disney and DS says there's no way he'd want to go to again since there are no good rides (in the past year he has become quite the coaster snob and only likes "upside down" roller coasters.) He'll love R'n'RC, right?? I've never been on it. DH and I had fastpasses for it last trip but one of the kids had a meltdown (it was the end of a long day) so we gifted the fastpasses to a cute couple as we were leaving the park. Pls tell me about it, and any other attractions your "big kids" liked so that when we announce the trip to the kids there will be plenty for him to be excited about...

My Daughter is 9 and she loved Expedition Everest and Splash Mountain and tower of terror. Those were her favorites.

My DS12 is also quite the coaster lover. He does love RnRC, it does go upside down.

He also loves, T of T, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, BTMRR, EE, TT, Soarin, M:S.

DS11 (almost 12) is a roller coaster junkie and he LOVES RNR. He also loves TOT, TT, Space, EE, and Mission Space. He loves all of WDW. Maybe a trip to the waterparks for your DS10 might help or a side trip to SW with the new coster there or Universal.

Two hours away is Busch Gardens in Tampa that has very cool roller coasters!

My DS10 loved Expedition Everest the most. He also enjoyed splash mtn, space mtn and btmrr. He thought barnstormer was terrible. We didn't do ToT because his bff told him it was very scary and when the elevator opens they show scary things like people being electrocuted, etc. I have no idea if that's true or not, that's just what DS heard. I didn't need any convincing to skip it. We also did not do RnR due to my irrational fears of the force of all those g's on his body...

My kids are 16 & 18 and won't go to WDW for more than a day now. They are huge coaster junkies! Their favorite rides at WDW are:

MK: Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain
DHS: Tower of Terror, Rockin' Rollercoaster
AK: Expedition Everest, Dinosaur, Kali River Rapids
Epcot: Test Track, Soarin', Mission Space

They also like Star Tours (DHS) and most of the shows at DHS.

It scares the daylights out of me with that 0 to 60 in seconds bit so I think your guy should love it. I also adore tower of terror. It is so much fun.

He will definitely love RnR! It is an awesome roller coaster...the soundtrack really adds to the experience. I'd just get FP's on all of your tickets and let him ride a few times if no one else wants to!
