DS BOGO pin sale ended

CM checked and they rang up as full price as of today. Oh well -- no more temptation.
Omaha still has LOTS of pins. Didn't seem to make much of a dent here.
New pins on the way, but haven't arrived yet. The CM said everything she has seen so far in recent shipments is kid's Halloween costumes.

I just bought two last night so I must have sneaked in under the wire. Just wanted to say that while there are still many pins at my store, it cleaned out quite a few and the variety is much more limited. Still lots and lots of movie poster pins but I for one am hardly surprised about that.

Well, I'm glad that the sale is over--I won't be stopping at every disney store now and spending every cent of cash I have on me--but glad it happened, too, because we picked up over 200 pins to trade while we are down in WDW!!

I was lucky and happened to visit a couple of NYC disneystores while the sale was still on. So I picked up the 3 current NYC pins to trade, on BOGO and my CM discount. (NYPD, FDNY, and the round Minnie Liberty pins).

I was there to see Aida. I bought extra of those pins (no BOGO though). Since they say "Buena Vista" on the back, not Disney, they are not tradable?

I went in the store Friday night and was going to get the new Toy Story pin board and a couple of other things, decided to wait until Saturday and purchase many other things, and a Monsters pre-sale to take advantage of the tax free weekend and the $10.00 gift card, so I put everything back on Friday. Went in on Saturday and NO MORE SALE. Bummer. I am betting that the sale comes back, too many pins left in my store.
