DS (12.5) Kidney Stone Update....

Well, the IVP showed that the stone had moved since Wednesday, but isn't yet in the bladder. Although they are pretty sure he will be able to pass it, he is seeing a urologist Monday and I am sure another IVP.

He had pain medicine at 10am, but has not needed it again yet today. YEAH!!


Oh, and he is still all excited about having a kidney stone since his Pa-Paw and I both have had many.

Awwwwwww! LOL! Some kids think stuff like that is neat, like a broken arm or leg is kind of a trophy, you know. This must feel the same to him. Cute!

I'm glad he's painfree. Hopefully it will pass soon without any problems.

I hope he passes that stone real soon. I've never had a stone, but I've heard the pain is very intense. At that age, I'd think the pain would be past intense! Good luck to your ds.
