Got up at 4am as I could not sleep due to excitement. Taxi picked us up at 6:30 and we arrived at approx 6:50 to check in with Virgin.
We had saved up to fly Premium Economy as we had never upgraded with Virgin before. No queue at check in and we sailed through security again with no queues. Had some breakfast, checked out duty free and then started my book.
Finally called to board but no seperate call for Premium Economy and it was jus a mass of people crammed at the gate - not impressed! Finally got on board and the seats and legroom were extremely comfortable.
Left on time and we were away - hooray!!!
The service in Premium Economy was extremely disappointing!!!! We flew with Virgin in September (economy) and apart from the seat/legroom, we could not tell any difference.
No after dinner liquor service as advertised, came round twice with drinks and my meal was cold. We have upgraded with Thomson, First Choice and TCD and have to say that Virgin do not come close to First Choice or TCD!!!
Oh well we know not to waste our money in future and we were on the way to the most magical place on earth!!!
MCO was a breeze (not like September) and we were probably out and on our way in 45 mins.
Checked into the Quality Inn International for 7 nights before we make our way to All Star Movies.
The place is huge and when we finally found our room it is ok. Nice size, clean with fridge - so we are happy.
Black Angus for tea which was not up to standard - they got our steaks mixed up and took ages.
Epcot tomorrow - cant wait!!!!!!
