I just got back from playing our homecoming halftime show... it went really well. Our theme was Michael Jackson, so during Thriller the drumline played while the rest of the band did the 'Thriller' move... We also wore white socks instead of black socks w/ spats, and the band took off one glove for halftime.

We also had one of the band members do the Moonwalk while we were playing, the crowd went insane!

Since everybody else is listing their band's accolades, I thought I'd share.

We have an 'excellent' rating from Great East (I think......I'm not a bandie, just a groupie), so we're pretty good, I guess.

We have Stage Band, Jazz Band, Ensemble, Odds 'n' Ends, Marching Band, and there's one more that I can't remember. Oh, and Drumline.

Last year's spring concert was awesome. They did the music to New York, New York while the select choir sang it. Sooooo good.

I'm pretty sure the last game is the most depressing day in the whole school year.

This years theme is jazz. I'm liking it more than I thought we would. We also sound so much better than last year, and we're moving a lot more too

Tuesdays and Fridays are my favorite day of the week
(tuesdays only during marching season.)
