Drug Alert.... Marijuana Gum Balls

Ok, the "new" thing is marijuana gumballs. They get hollowed out and filled with pot and possibly other drugs. Then they get plugged up. They come wrapped in a silver foil with a on them.

Usually bought in bags of 10 or more, they come with instructions to "start chewing 30 - 60 minutes before you want to get high".

Heads up.

Warning sounded on cheap new drug

A growing number of students are using a cheap, heroin-laced powder that can be packed under fingernails and discreetly taken during class, school officials said Thursday. "Cheese," a combination of heroin and over-the-counter cold medicine, began appearing in Dallas high schools and middle schools in August. The tan, crumbly drug sells for as little as $2 and can become addictive after as few as three times, officials said. Federal officials said the spread of the drug has been confined to Dallas so far.
