Dropping luggage AND groceries at POFQ?

Hey all! It's getting close!!!

Just a quick question. Mine and DH's flight lands at 10:30 AM, we've booked Tiffany Town Car to get us to POFQ with the complimentary 30 minute grocery stop, which we're guessing will put us at the resort at noon??

Anyhow, in the event that our room is not ready (BTW, how likely is that if we're checking in at noon?) and we have to dump luggage for a bit, can we dump groceries too? Should we try to cram everything in our luggage instead? Make sure we don't buy anything that needs to be refrigerated (i.e. milk or cheese....)??

Has anyone had experience doing this?

I am going in May using Tiffany Towncar as well and also staying at POFQ ...

You can check in at the Front Desk when you arrive but the room may not be ready ...if the room is not ready I know they will hold your luggage for you and give you a claim ticket for it which you give when you call for delivery of the luggage in the room.

As far as the Grocery question I am not sure as I haven't used a Towncar before or gotten groceries before Check in this is the first time I will do that as well.

Hopefully someone else will know that part of the question.

We used Tiffany Town Car on our last trip to WDW--stayed at POR. After our grocery stop, we found out room wasn't ready. We left everything and they took care of it. Called us to let us know when we could get in room...had refrigerator in room and all was well.
