Droid voice box not working after coming home

Hi all-
Got my droid back today after shipping it home and the voice chip isn’t working-I’ve turned it on and off and taken it in and out-any way to fix this?

UPDATE: I figured it out-didnt fully connect the droid to the remote it’s all good!
