Those that own a droid with verizon. Do you have the unlimited plan or the $15 150MB plan? I was told the droid should have the unlimited plan.:confused3

We just got the Droid X yesterday for boyfriend. We went with the unlimited plan.
It really doesn't matter what you choose. From what I have read, the $15 plan was a promotional thing that ends in February. Everyone will have to use the unlimited $30 plan after that. Maybe I am reading it wrong but that is the way I took it.

The promo $15 data option ends tomorrow. All smartphones will have to go with $29.99 unlimited. There will be a $10 data option for feature phones. (Edit) if you are on the $15 now you will be grandfathered in.

This is subject to change when 4G data plans come out.

As far as usage, I can blow thru 150 mg in 5 days. I'm on the dis on my Samsung Fascinate now.:goodvibes

I have am AnDroid phone on the AT&T network. Until I figured how to turn off a lot of the data features I had used up half of my 200 mb data plan in less than 2 weeks. By month's end I figured out what features were draining the data and battery use and tried to be sparing until the new billing cycle began. Now that I know how to turn those features on and off, and figured out how to set up the wifi at home, I use way less data.
So, if you don't have access to wifi, you will probably want an unimited plan, if you want to take advantage of all of the cool features that come with an AnDroid phone.

They have promo family plans of 1400 minutes, unlimited data, and text for 139.99. Also have an individual one for 69.99. With our corporate discount our total is 117 for my wife's and my plan, not too bad.
