I'm toying around with my moms car now, but I still can't getmy permit for another 6 months. Right now, all I'm doing is turning the car on and accelerating and reversing 3 feet in the drive way.

Let me tell you, I will probably never own a large car. LOL. My moms van is freaking me out!

I got my permit back in August. I've only gone driving a couple times, and I'm afraid to go over 15 miles per hour. XD

I got my permit I guess 2 1/2 years ago, and my lisence a year after that, to the date haha.
I didn't get a car until I got a job though, and I now drive a 2007 Toyota Corolla. Its a beast. ;] hahah.

I actually don't like driving all that much anymore. I have to drive in rush hour every morning on my way to school, and on the way home after taking care of my horse and sitting in stop and go traffic for an hour everyday does not releave stress let me tell you

I'm 15, I'll be 16 in January.
At some point I'm going to take my drivers ed, and I'll hopefully have my permit around my birthday.
I'll be driving a Chevy 2002 Cavalier for the time being, until my mother gets a new car, or until my dad thinks I can drive our nice car.

Haha, me too. I'll probably inherit my dad's 2002 Cavalier, unless I can get my hands on a VW Beetle. As sad as it sounds, it's my dream car. It's small and compact, which would be easier for me to drive.

I took the drug and alcohol course, I just have to take the actual test.
I'm aiming for January to have it by.

I've been driving for about a year and half now, maybe a little more. I turned 17 a few weeks ago and that was one year with my licences plus like 6 months or more with my permit, so yeah like a year and half.
I drive my dad's old car. It's a....I don't know. It's my car basically though since my dad got a new car and my mom has hers too.
I drive to and from school every day with my best friend, her brother, and my brother and then to and from work whenever I work. Plus anywhere I go without my parents (which is a lot of places...). I love driving; I offer to drive my friends all the time (plus I'm the only one who can legally drive us around...).

I got my temps when I was 15 1/2 and my license almost a year later...I just hadn't mastered the maneuverability that we had to do. I will have had my license for 4 years on April 1, 2009. I can't believe it's been that long.
I drive a 2002 VW Beetle. We bought it brand new though because I had always wanted one and I was going to get the other VW we had but it was a lemon so my mom sold it and we got the beetle.

What type of car do you drive? my car has been nicknamed 'the ghetto cruiser'. it's a beat up, falling apart '95 buick century. the driver's seat is permantly reclined... i wanted to put a bumper sticker on it, but the bumper is halfway off. so i had to put it on the trunk. :/

What type of car do you drive? A 2001 Buick Century. It was actually my grandmother's car before I got it and other than a few scratches, it's in pretty good shape. <3

Gah! I am so jealous.

I'm 16 in January and I have to wait until I'm 18 to be able to get behind the wheel. They've made the age higher here, as those who were born in '92 and before, can be 17, whilst those born in '93 and higher (like me) have to wait until they are 18..
