Driving up from Naples, FL to Orlando

Looks like we are having to alter our trip this June...our flight is into FT. Meyers Int. and we will see family in Naples for 3 days. we are thinking of driving up and spending 5 days at WDW or US/IOA and then drive back down. The bummer is our flight leaves at 10 A.M. Mapquest shows about a 4-41/2 hr ride...anyone familiar with construction info or any advice?Thanks in advance.
