I am going to have a rental car, but when I stayed at ALMO is was soooo easy to take the buses to the parks.... no long waits and found it easy and convenient ... but it was end of OCT. This trip is Dec 29-Jan 7th ... what do you think about driving to parks vs buses at that time ?

Isn't it harder :moped: to get to the parks by car when its that busy?

I do get free parking at all 4 parks by staying at POP, right?

Thanks !!

When I stayed at Pop, we never waited more than a minute for a bus. During an MK close, lines can get long, but buses come one right after another... (often, two at a time). Of course, you also have to figure, the flip side -- the monorail line will be long, and then the tram line will be long, and then you have to fight traffic to get out.

I am a southern girl and I drive everywhere but the MK. I hate driving to the MK. I don't want to wait on the boat or monorail and the tram. I don't like walking in that dark parking lot late at night with crazy people trying to hit me so they can get out of the parking lot ahead of me!

(Actually leaving the parks at night is often tough and if I plan to stay for closing I will take the bus. I figure I can let Tyler fight the traffic and the idiots. You know the ones.... "If I drive up the exit lane and cut that guy off at the end I can skip ahead of 10 cars")
