Hi guys. We have dinner reservations at Ohana in April and I'm in the process of getting all the directions as we will be driving to the restaurant. I looked up the directions on Google maps but it says that part of the road is restricted usage, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to go that way. Any suggestions how to get there from:

Champion World Resort
8662 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy
Kissimmee, FL 34747, USA

Thanks!

You'll have to go through the Magic Kingdom parking gate. Go to the right and when you enter, tell the person at the gate that you are going to the Polynesian Resort and not to the park. There is a road on the far right of the entrance gate so you will need to be as far right as you can get. Go straight on that road until you see the sign for the Polynesian resort. It will be a left turn. Once you have turned you will pass the TTC and then the Polynesian. You may be given a 3 hour parking pass to eat there.

To expand on this a little more, it's pretty easy. You follow the signs to the Magic Kingdom and when you see the Magic Kingdom toll plaza coming up you need to be (as mentioned by TDC Nala) toward the far right. The furthest rightmost lanes are for busses, but just next to those is where you want to be. I think the best lanes are labelled, maybe on the pavement, something like "Magic Kingdom Resort Hotels". Just ask the CM at the Magic Kingdom toll plaza and they will be happy to give you directions if you need help. After the toll plaza stay to the far right which puts you on World Dr., then turn left at the (I think first) stoplight which is Seven Seas Dr., the Polynesian Resort will be on your right after a little bit on Seven Seas Dr..

Getting to the MK toll plaza is easy by following the signs. Google maps really is helpful to get a satellite overview of the trip from the toll plaza. Go to http://maps.google.com, click on "Get Directions", put in your start address in the "A" box and "1600 Seven Seas Dr, Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830" (the Polynesian Resort address) in the "B" box, and click on the blue "Get Directions" under that. Zoom in on the MK toll plaza and click on "Satellite View" near the top right hand corner and you can zoom enough to see a good picture of the route you will need to take. You can drag the picture with the mouse to see more of the route from the MK toll plaza to the Polynesian Resort (where Ohana is).

Don't worry about the road being restricted usage. Guests are allowed on the road there so long as you have a dining reservation or are staying at one of the resorts in the MK area. We stayed at the Poly and drove through there all the time.

It is an easy drive once on property. If you use a GPS, here is their physical street address. If you don't have a GPS then it would be a great Christmas gift to yourself. Have a great trip. :)
