We are looking to drive to Disney on a monday or Tues starting at 3 am from Philadelphia. Any suggestions on getting around DC and Baltimore. We want to get through DC before the traffic starts. DC area not sure of what is best way to get through 95/495/295 area to avoid traffic> Thanks
