Driving through Jacksonville on a Friday Morning

Hey Y'all

We will be driving from South Carolina to WDW on Thursday Nov 17. We will stop for the night in Georgia so that would have us going through Jacksonville in the morning while everyone is trying to get to work. I need some advice about the best time to drive through and also the best way to go. Should we wake up at 5:00 a.m. to try to get through Jacksonville early or will it not make much difference? Also should be go through town or take the by pass around Jacksonville? We usually drive through town but have never tried it on a weekday morning. Any advice would be appreciated.

Scary enough on a Saturday morning at 7:30 AM!! No way I'd try it on a weekday--unless you actually made it thru before 6:00.
IF the bypass is open (and construction free) that's the way I'd go. Hopefully someone local to the area will know.

if you can hit jv by 530 or 600 you should be in good shape to stay on 95 through jv my son & i hit jv this past jan @630 on a monday and it was just getting crowded
