Driving On I-4

I currently use I-4 from the Tampa area to get to WDW. Make this trip a lot and have noticed that the highway construction peope are making a short trip almost unbearable and seems to get worse as time goes by. Does anyone know when the "light at the end of the tunnel" is coming?

I've heard it's a couple more years?! Now you've got me curious. No kidding though--it does seem like it's getting worse week by week.
