If we dont' arrive until almost noon, how long does it take "waiting in traffic"? Do I need to allow extra 45 minutes or so just for that part of the trip?

No matter what time I've arrived (10:30 - 2 pm), the waiting line to unload luggage and again to pay for parking and park has never been more than a few minutes. Max...maybe 5 minutes at each stop. It moves really quickly. SO, no, you don't need to allow another 45 minutes. Maybe another 10.
