driving labour day weekend?

I'll be driving down to disney on the 5th of sept. and was wondering if anyone had any helpful suggestions? I will be driving down the I75 straight thru, only stopping for bathroom and food breaks. Will the roads be busy or no? any help would be appreciated as i've never driven this before.

I don't know how busy it will be Labour Day weekend but if you're driving down the I-75 I'd strongly suggest getting Dave Hunter's book "Along the I-75". It details what gas, food and lodging there is at each exit from Detroit to the Florida border. Invaluable for planning stops and breaks.
