Driving from wilkes barre pa to disney world

Will be driving from Wilkes Barre Pa to Disney World what is the best route to take would like to avoid the DC area if I could. Also where is the best place to stop and find a good hotel about halfway. So I don't have a long drive the second day. Any help will be appreciated.Thank you

From wilkes-barre head straight down I81.
If you want to miss DC keep going to NC and pick up I77.
Take that to I26 (I think) and pick up I95 in SC.

Agree with previou poster, stay with 81, 77 through NC. We do this route when we have driven to Charolette, NC and is much better than 95. Plenty of great rest areas on the way and speed limits are above 65 in most areas so you can just keep moving. There are hotels everywhere on the way, I would think you could get to SC and find one without having to make reservations. That way you can keep going as long as you want and then can stop.
