driving from Myrtle Beach to Disney

anyone know the best/fastest way from Myrtle Beach to Disney? We are from the Pittsburgh area and driving to Myrtle Beach first to visit relatives and then onto Disney, but AAA and MAPQUEST show two completely different ways to go, so I wonder which is the best/fastest. Any help would be appreciated.

There really are no major hwy's from Myrtle Beach to I-95. I live in Florence,SC and a lot of people pass through here to go to the Beach. We are right off of I-95 and our main road (Palmetto St/501) goes right to Myrtle beach. You could take 501 W and Run right into I-95 and then it's a straight shot to FL. I believe there is another route that cut down to I-95 diag but I'm not too familiar with it or what the back roads are like. Taking 501 It's about an hr or so to I-95.

When are you guys going?

we hit the road on the 28th of October. AAA said to take 17 towards Charleston and then get 95 around there. What do you think?

I checked with some of the girls at work and they said either way will take you about the same amount of time. AAA is usually pretty good with directions, I do not use mapquest, I find their directions are not very accurate.
