Has anyone driven from Colorado to Orlando straight thru? If so, what route did you take and what was your time. We have four adults able to drive - so stopping wouldn't be necessary. Just looking at a back up plan in cause Southwest is still having problems this weekend. The cost of renting a vehicle and paying for gas is still cheaper than tickets with another airlines at this late date.

It'd probably depends on if you are North near Denver or closer to the southern border near new Mexico. I've not done the full drive, but I have driven this path from Topeka to Atlanta:

just a bit further in both directions to get you there. I think Atlanta to Topeka was right around 18 hours.

i hope Southwest gets their stuff together for you though, that's a long drive!

We driven from south of Denver several times. As I'm the only driver, we stop mid-way. I-70 to I-24 to I-75
