For our 4th trip to WDW we (3 adults) will be braving the crowds and visiting Dec. 16-26.:scared1: We are staying onsite at CS and we have PH's.

We have reservations at resorts for most meals on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, so we aren't required to go into the parks.

How are the roads and parking at the resorts for dining reservations? We have a disabled parking permit. Do the lots fill up? Is valet parking recommended?

We are hoping to get into the MK on Christmas around 8:30 pm after 6:25 ADR at GF café, to watch Wishes, but is that unrealistic? I'm assuming we need to move the car to the MK parking lot. Do those lots fill up? bitelip:

Any suggestions on logistics would be appreciated.

The following is from wdwmagic from Dec. 25th, 2013:
"UPDATE 5:05pm EDT: Magic Kingdom parking is back open and all parks are open to all guests.
The Magic Kingdom parking lot has reached capacity (2:45pm EDT, December 24 2013) and guests are being redirected to Epcot for parking. Once at Epcot, guests can use Disney transportation to return to the Magic Kingdom.

Although the parking lot is full, the park is not at capacity and is open to all guests."

The park did reach capacity as well, but opened up again before you would want to be there:
"UPDATE 3:28pm EDT - Magic Kingdom is back open again to all guests.
The Magic Kingdom is currently closed to some guests due to reaching a phase 2 capacity (11:07am EDT, December 25 2013)."

You can search for past dates on their news page (wdwmagic.com) to get an idea of what the closures were like last year. I don't know about the resort lots.

We'll be at CSR from Dec. 23rd - Jan. 1st. So excited!
