Drivers license and car rental question

We have a car rented for our upcoming trip to WDW on Monday. My sister is listed as the second driver on the car rental. She lost her license a couple of weeks ago and is currently waiting for a replacement in the mail (this is the standard in Alberta). In the meantime, they have given her a temporary paper replacement license that she can use. However, this license has no photo on it, and I don't think it will be accepted as a legal license in the States. She did ask for the license to be expedited, but unless she receives it tomorrow, she will be out of luck.

Do you think Alamo will accept that as a form of a drivers license??

Call them and ask? I'm assuming she will have her passport.

Here in Rhode Island, when we renew we get a paper license for about a week before the plastic, holograph-imprinted one comes in the mail. (Before the holograph, we just got our license when we got our picture taken.)

I would think that Alamo would accept the paper license as it is legal, as long as your sister has other ID proving that she is who she is. But I would definitely call & ask.
