Drive time from Anaheim to Long Beach airport?

How long will it take to drive from Anaheim to Long Beach airport? Our flight is at 9:30 PM - what time would we have to leave Anaheim to make it there by 7:30?

it will probably only take 30 miuntes at the most. you never can tell what traffic will be like though. allow an hour just to be safe. from DLR take Harbor Bl south to 22 freeway west to 405 north, exit Lakewood Bl. the airport is just north of the 405 freeway on Lakewood Bl.

Are there any shuttles from the disney area to the long beach airport????

I have flown out of Long Beach several times and trust me, you do not need to arrive 2 hours early. There are only like 6 gates with about half operating at any given time. In other words, three flights in the entire airport might be departing/arriving. It really is a small and quiet airport. Nothing like SNA or LAX at all. It is true that traffic should be a factor, but arriving an hour early is sufficient. There is a small bar and snack area, but no restaurant and after viewing the aviator museum pictures for 10 minutes, you will be bored to tears waiting for your flight.

Long Beach is a great alternative airport and often has good fares. The parking is cheap and close as well. Have a great trip
