Drive out of Florida Rental Specials????

Does anyone know what times of the year the car rental companies tend to run the specials for $10/day rentals to drive cars back home from Florida?

I know I have see them at various times, but can't think of what time of year they had them.
I would really like to drive home in order to get back a day sooner than my SW flight returns.
However, right now, it would cost more to drive home on a two day rental, than it would be to rent a car from home and drive round trip!

Anyone have a clue if they tend to run those specials in November?

No, those deals will be had in April and May. In November, all the snowbirds are traveling TO Florida.

In November, they may be running deals to get cars TO Florida.

As mentioned, the deals to get cars OUT of Florida would be in the spring.
