Drive or bus from OKW to parks

You make a great point I had forgotten about regarding the WDW transportation.....instant air conditioning!

We have only visited in the summer months. I remember several times dragging myself and the family out of the parks after a long, hot day and those air-conditioned buses were like an oasis in the desert!

I am imagining my family getting into a steaming hot car instead.....not very appealing.

We always have a car,rental or our own. If you chose to use the WDW system this time,just clock the time you are actually waiting for a bus & then time actually on the bus. The biggest nightmare with WDW transport is going from resort-to-resort. If you have PS at another resort, leave yourself a minimum of 90 minutes and keep your fingers crossed. The only time we use the bus is to go to MK. If you drive then you take the trolley in the lot to the monorail,monorail to MK. The bus drops you right out front. We just love the freedom to go anywhere we want, even off property. From what I understand, airport transportation to WDW is almost what an eco rental would be anyway.
